LulzBot TAZ 4/5/6 Corner Bracket

Taking Out the Old Bracket

• First, remove the old bracket by unscrewing the four hex screws.
• Don’t lose the washers that are with the screws.
• When removing the screws on the vertical aluminum extrusion, the inserts will fall to the bottom, that’s okay.

Inserting the New Bracket

• Grab your new corner bracket and align as needed to match the one just removed.
• Take the new bracket and move it down to the fallen inserts.
• Push the screw through the bracket so it grabs the insert and move it upwards.
• Only set the screw in two or three turns, just enough to hold the insert up.
• Move back down to the second insert and set the screw in only two or three turns as well.

Finishing Up

• Move the bracket up towards the top to secure the top inserts.
• When approaching the top, align the inserts with the holes of the bracket using the key to assist.
• Tighten the four screws down fully by staggering which ones you tighten.
